Registration
A. Registration Area
During registration, the Organizer will:
- Request participant to show his/her Identity Card/Passport or its copy to verify his/her identity;
- Request participant to sign Health Declaration and Disclaimer;
- Distribute an Electronic Record Card to each team;
- Distribute a number bib to each team member;
- Check the following equipment:

B. Photo-taking Area
A team photo will be taken in the photo taking area. (These photos will only be used for the event and possessed by the Organizer).
C. Luggage Handling Area
Participants may check in their well-packed belongings at the Start Point and collect your respective belongings at CP4, TP, RCP4 and FP-T.? Here are the notes for luggage handling:

1. Each team member is allowed to store a luggage up to 15 liter.
2. Pick-up locations: CP4 (Shatin Pass), Turning Point (TP), Reverse CP4 (RCP4 - Shatin Pass) and Finish Point (FP - Tai Tam Reservoir BBQ Site No. 2).
3. If there are any violations of the above-mentioned regulations, the Organizer reserves the right to refuse providing the Luggage Handling Service to that team.
**Special arrangement**
To support the Tornado-156 participants to complete the challenge, energy food and drinks can be stored and picked up at specific checkpoints* in reverse trip. Food and drinks must be packed in a transparent plastic bag with a label issued by the Organizer. The pack will be transported to the check point as specified. All food and drink containers must be collected during the race.

* Participants can store their energy food and drinks at CP5, CP6, CP7 and CP8 during their forward. trip. The Organizer will only transport the labelled packed food and drinks to RCP4, RCP3, RCP2, RSCP1 and RCP1.
D. Waiting Area
On 15 October 2011, the whole team should gather at the assigned area before 08:00 and get ready to start the race.
Arrive at Checkpoints (CP) (Including Check Point 4 and Finish Point)
The whole team should gather and register immediately upon arrival, and report to the staff at checkpoints.
- Put the Electronic Record Card on the RECORD Station. Please ensure there is a BEEP sound from the station or the RED light is on, which indicates a successful recording;
- Basic first-aid materials, water and food are provided at all checkpoints;
Arrive at Sub-Checkpoints (SCP)
The whole team should gather and register immediately upon arrival, and report to the staff at sub-checkpoints.
- Put the Electronic Record Card on the RECORD Station. Please ensure there is a BEEP sound from the station or the RED light is on, which indicates a successful recording;
- Basic first-aid materials, water and food are provided at all checkpoints;
Arrive at Check Point 4 (CP4) - Shatin Pass
Arrangement will be the same as other checkpoints. Participants can pick up and store their luggage at this checkpoint.
Arrive at Turning Point (TP) - Nam Chung
Arrangement will be the same as other checkpoints. Participants can pick up and store their luggage at this checkpoint.
DO NOT put the ERC on the MASTER Station at Turning Point - Nam Chung.
Arrive at Reverse Check Point 4 (RCP4) - Shatin Pass
Arrangement will be the same as other checkpoints. Participants can pick up and store their luggage at this checkpoint.
Arrive at Finish Point (FP-T) - Tai Tam Reservoir Road
Register immediately as a full team at the Registration Counter and put the Electronic Record Card on the FINISH Station.
- Put the Electronic Record Card on the MASTER Station;
- Return the assigned Electronic Record Card to the specified counter and get back the deposit
(Note: deposit will be returned in the form of cheque); - Tai Tam Reservoir Road is the Finish Point for Tornado 156. Teams completing the designated route with the shortest time and without violating the Rules and Regulations will be winners;
- Participant can collect their luggage stored in the Organizer at this checkpoint.
* For Tornado 156, closing time will be set at Check Point 4 (CP4), Turning Point (TP), Reverse Check Point 4 (RCP4) and Finish Point (FP-T) ONLY. Participants must record the arrival time by the electric record card. Participant who failed to arrive the checkpoints before designated closing time are not allowed to proceed further for the race.
Return of ERC
Location:
1. Finish point (Tai Tam Reservoir Road); or
2. Return it to Raleigh Hong Kong Office on or before 19 October 2011 (Wednesday) during office hour IN PERSON. (only applicable to teams that are unable to complete the race)
Otherwise deposit cheque will be banked-in.
**NO ERC will be returned at Turning Point - Nam Chung or any check points**
Tornado 156 Checkpoint Details
ONLY 4 closing time is set for Tornado-156 Checkpoint which includes CP4 (Shatin Pass), Turning Point (TP - Nam Chung), RCP4 (Shatin Pass) and FP-T (Tai Tam Reservoir BBQ Site No. 2). Details of the route and closing time are listed as follows:

# Participants should travel to Yau Tong by MTR. It is suggested to take the MTR at Quarry Bay Station.
## When the MTR service is not provided during early morning, transportation service will be provided by the organizer to take Tornado 156 participants from Yau Tong MTR Station to Quarry Bay MTR Station. (See appendix 1)
^ SCP1 is located at the Pavilion No.2 along the Tseung Kwan O Chinese Permanent Cemetery Road.^^ CP2 is located at the pavilion in between Chiu Keng Wan Shan and Ng Kwai Shan.

Judgment and Appeal
All complaints must be made in WRITTEN FORM.
Complaints concerning the top 5 rankings of the results should be submitted to the nearest Check Point or Finish Point before 18:00 on 16 October 2011.
Other complaints should be handed in to the nearest Check Point or Finish Point on the Event Days, or to the office of Raleigh Hong Kong before 17:00 on 21 October 2011.Rules and Regulations
