Registration
A. Registration Area
During registration, the Organizer will:
- Request participant to fill in the health declaration form;
- Request participant to show his / her Identity Card / Passport or its copy to verify his / her identity;
- Distribute an Electronic Record Card to each team;
- Distribute a number bib to each team member;

B. Photo-taking Area
A team photo will be taken in the photo taking area. (These photos will only be used for the event and possessed by the Organizer).
C. Luggage Handling Area (Not applicable for Corporate Relay Teams)
Participants may check in your well-packed belongings here and collect your respective belongings at CP4 or FP.
D. Waiting Area
The whole team should gather and wait at the assigned area. Get ready to start.
(For Prohiker - Round Trip Course and Challenger - Whole Course, the race starts at 08:00, 23 October 2010 at Tai Tam Reservoir Road. For Explorer - Day Course, the race starts at 09:30 at Tai Tam Reservoir Road. For Adventurer - Night Course, the race starts at 21:30, 23 October 2010 at Shatin Pass.)
Arrive at Checkpoints (CP) (Including Check Point 4 and Finish Point)
The whole team should gather and register immediately upon arrival, and report to the staff at checkpoints.
- Put the Electronic Record Card on the RECORD Station. Please ensure there is a "BEEP" sound from the station or the "RED" light is on, which indicates a successful recording;
- Basic first-aid materials, water and food are provided at all checkpoints;
Arrive at Sub-Checkpoints (SCP)
The whole team should gather and register immediately upon arrival, and report to the staff at sub-checkpoints.
- Put the Electronic Record Card on the RECORD Station. Please ensure there is a "BEEP" sound from the station or the "RED" light is on, which indicates a successful recording;
Note: The purpose of setting up the sub-checkpoints is to ensure that participants are on the right route. NO food or water will be provided.
Arrive at Check Point 4 (CP4) - Shatin Pass
For Explorer - Day Course
Register immediately as a full team at the Registration counter and put the Electronic Record Card on the FINISH Station.
- Put the Electronic Record Card on the MASTER Station;
- Submit the Electronic Record Card to the specified counter and get back the deposit (by cheque);
- Shatin Pass is the Finish Point for Explorer - Day Course. Teams completing the designated route with the shortest time and without violating the Rules and Regulations will be winners;
- Participants can get back their luggage stored with the Organizer at this checkpoint;
For Challenger - Whole Course
Arrangement will be the same as other checkpoints. Participants can pick up and store their luggage at this checkpoint.
Arrive at Finish Point (FP) - Nam Chung
For Challenger - Whole Course and Adventurer - Night Course
Register immediately as a full team at the Registration Counter and put the Electronic Record Card on the FINISH Station.
- Put the Electronic Record Card on the MASTER Station;
- Return the assigned Electronic Record Card to the specified counter and get back the deposit
(Note: deposit will be returned in the form of cheque); - Nam Chung is the Finish Point for both Challenger - Whole Course and Adventurer - Night Course. Teams completing the designated route with the shortest time and without violating the Rules and Regulations will be winners;
- Participant can collect their luggage stored with the Organizer at this checkpoint.
