Payment Methods for Application Fee and Donation

  1. Cheque:

    Please send a crossed cheque payable to "The Raleigh International (Hong Kong) Limited". Please mark your team name, team leader's name and his/her contact number at the back of the crossed cheque and send it to the Organizer by post. (Please keep a photocopy of the cheque for verification purpose.) OR

  2. Cash Deposit (Not applicable to Electronic Record Card Deposit):

    Please deposit into the Organizer's bank account (HSBC: 502-002322-004). Please mark your team name, team leader's name and his/her contact number at the back of the original copy of the bank-in slip(s) and send it to the Organizer by post. (Please keep photocopies of the bank-in slip(s) for verification purpose.)

Electronic Record Card Deposit

Electronic Record Card (ERC) will be used as a registration device at each check-point throughout the event. Either online or paper application, every team must submit by post a separate crossed cheque of HK$200 as the Electronic Record Card deposit. Otherwise the application is considered incomplete.The deposit cheque will be returned to participants upon return of the assigned ERC to the Organizer at the Finish Point.

Only crossed-cheques are accepted. Please do not mail cash or post-dated cheques.
