* To enjoy early-bird discount, applicants have to submit all required documents, application fees and minimum donation by post on or before 6 July 2011 (based on postmark date) to the Organizer.
** To complete the application procedures, every applicant has to submit all required documents, application fees and minimum donation on or before 10 August 2011 (based on postmark date) to the Organizer. Late applications will be put on waiting list.
Note: Teams will be charged HK$200 for each amendment after Application Deadline (10 August).
