* To enjoy early-bird discount, applicants have to submit all required documents, application fees and minimum donation by post on or before 21 June 2010 (based on postmark date) to the Organizer.
** To complete the application procedures, every applicant has to submit all required documents, fees and minimum donation (For details, please refer to "Application Method") on or before 19 July 2010 (based on postmark date) to the Organizer. Late applications will be put on waiting list.
