Expedition Sharing
Costa Rica 08E (17/06/2008 - 12/08/2008) - Choi Ping Ping

I enjoy the expedition very much which I experience high and low, like the journey in our life.

After the expedition, here are what I have learnt:

1. Simple life is the best. There is no entertainment related to electricity and technology, but still can discover different things which we would ignore in our modern life.

2. Understand more about ourselves

¡§ To adapt to what you cannot change

To have the courage to change what you can change

And to have the wisdom to know the difference¡¨

3. The world is big with various of cultures, human race and characters. But we can live in peace with respect of differences. And that is why the world is so interesting.

Costa Rica & Nicaragua 08J (10/10/2008 - 17/12/2008) - Lee Ka Ming

This mentally and physically challenging 10-week Expedition was not just about building a school for an indigenous community, nor setting up a natural reserve, nor surviving in a 200-km trekking. Most of all, through the interaction and collaboration with people from all around the world, we learn to respect different cultures and peoples. Furthermore, in this 10 week we recognized ourselves better than before. We'll never stop breaking our limit since then.
